OutSource Services, Inc. becomes an approved vendor for the CAHPS(R) Hospital Survey (HCAHPS).

OutSource Services, Inc. is proud to be an approved vendor of the HCAHPS survey. The HCAHPS program is a natural fit with the other services we provide.

OutSource Services, Inc. adds CAHPS(R) Clinician & Group Surveys (CGCAHPS) to our growing list of services.

Following the vendor approval for the HCAHPS survey, OutSource Services, Inc. now provides CGCAHPS services utilizing mail or online protocols.

OutSource Services, Inc. adds CAHPS(R) Home Health Care Surveys (HHCAHPS) to list of CAHPS(R) products offered.
